ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since all the nails are custom handmade products, we do NOT accept returns or make any exchanges, returns or refunds.
In rare case of defects, please email info@prestigiousbeauty.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the defective product within 48 hours of receiving you package and we'll find a solution to solve the issue in your best interest.
Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

Returns and exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to hygienic reasons, our items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you by any chance receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your package. Please contact info@prestigiousbeauty.co.uk indicating your Order Number and a photo of the product. In case your product is damaged or defective, you will be eligible for replacement of the same item. Please allow our team up to 48 hours to approve this request.
How do I cancel/modify my order?
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed as all sales are final. If the package will not be dispatched yet, we will gladly cancel your order. Please email info@prestigiousbeauty.co.uk indicating your order number for cancellation.
Incorrect Shipping information
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. If you have submitted an incorrect address, please email info@prestigiousbeauty.co.uk as soon as possible, before we dispatch the order. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
What if my package gets lost or stolen ?
Prestigious Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Please contact us at info@prestigiousbeauty.co.uk with your order number and Tracking information to determine the cause. Prestigious Beauty reserves the right to determine the replacement of any products if deemed necessary.
