How do I know which size to order?

Since nail beds can be very complex and every person nail beds are unique, the most accurate way to find out which sizes you need is by purchasing a sizing kit here. By purchasing the sizing kit, you will receive a 15% off coupon that you can apply towards your first nail order.The other way is to measure your nails by yourself, as described here.

What type of nail adhesive should I use and how long does it last?

There are two different types of application.

Nail adhesive tabs:
This type of application is recommended when you would like to wear the nails for a couple days or just a few hours if you're wearing them for a special occasion.

Nail glue:
With this type of application the nails will last up to 2 weeks or more. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.

How can I make my nails last longer?

First of all make sure you follow all the steps described in Nail Prep instructions, as that is the most important step that defines how long your nails will stay on. In addition, you can apply a dehydrator and primer for better adhesion.

Are Press-on nails reusable?

Yes, press-on nails are reusable.

If you prefer nail glue, we would recommend purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file, this way it will be easier to remove the glue from the back of the nail.

Will Press-on nails damage my natural nails?

Press on nails do not damage your natural nails - IF YOU REMOVE THEM PROPERLY!

Nail adhesive tabs are very easy to remove and don't damage your nails.
Nail glue is more durable, which means the adhesion to your natural nail is stronger. To remove them safely you need to follow the steps described in the How to under the Nails section.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

All orders are handmade therefore we do not accept returns and can not be held responsible for a customer ordering the wrong size.

We offer the option to purchase sizing kits to assist in the sizing process and prevent this to happen.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we do. If you are inspired by a specific design or if you would like to customize any nail sets you see in the "Designs" section, send us an email to info@prestigiousbeauty.co.uk and we will find a way to satisfy you.

Keep in mind our ability to make your desired design depends on our inventory and available colors and materials in our store, so we might ask you if we can make some changes on the design you sent us.

What comes with the order?

Each order comes with 10 press-on nails, instructions and a nail prep kit. The kit consists of nail glue, 12 nail adhesive tabs, mini nail file and buffer, wooden cuticle pusher and 2 alcohol wipes.

What are the processing times?

Please take note that processing time only includes the time to make the nails. NOT how long it will take for your nails to be delivered.

Press on nails: currently, all orders take approximately 2-3 days to process

Sizing kits: 1 business day

Prep kits: 1 business day

Is Prestigious Lashes a cruelty free brand?

Yes. Our lashes are 100% cruelty-free, and no product is tested on, or created using, animals.

How many times can you reuse false eyelashes?

Your lashes can last up to 20 wears if treated with proper care and stored in the original box.

Do the eyelashes come only in one size?

Yes. All false eyelashes come in one size, this way you can trim them to your preference. For more about how to make them fit you, read our How to in the Lashes section.

Is eyelashes adhesive included with my purchase?

No, the eyelash adhesive is not included, you have to purchase it separately.

How long does my order take to process?

It takes 1-2 business days to dispatch your order, but how long it takes for you to receive the order depends on the shipping company times and the country you live in. For more information read our shipping policy.
